AI Mindset & Literacy

A session covering the shift in how to think about AI, not as a Google replacement or a 2.0 version of existing tools, but as an intelligence you can train, direct, and lean on. We'll cover prompting fundamentals, how to build context so outputs actually sound like myFace, and what it means to work with AI day to day. Q&A included.

Deliverables

Tangible outputs from the day, plus a follow-up roadmap.

Baseline AI Literacy for the Full Team

Your entire team leaves with a solid foundation in mindset, tools, and the confidence to be curious and productive in the age of AI.

Custom myFace Prompt Library + AI Assistants

Reusable, voice-matched, mission-aware prompts and custom AI assistants (custom GPTs, Gems, Projects) built around myFace's identity, language, and needs.

Program AI Assistant (Pilot)

We'll build a working example of a custom AI assistant for one program, using its existing foundational documents as context. This becomes the model the team can replicate across all programs going forward.

AI-Assisted Newsletter Workflow

A repeatable process for producing the myFace newsletter using AI, from article drafting through editing, consistency checks, and creating the kids section.

Recommended Tools & Next Steps Roadmap Post-Training

A follow-up document with tool recommendations, investment considerations, and a path forward for continued growth.

Pre-Work for the Team

Please come prepared with the following on March 19.

1
Think about a piece of work you produced that you're really proud of. Identify all the individual skills and steps that went into making it happen.
2
What's something you already ask ChatGPT (or any AI tool) for regularly? What repeatable process or workflow do you find yourself doing over and over during your work week, specifically tasks at your computer? Come with a list ready to discuss.
3
If you use an AI tool like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, make sure you're logged in and ready to go on March 19. If you don't have one yet, no worries. We'll talk through the options together. During the session, we may explore features that are available on paid plans (typically around $20/month), so it's worth knowing that's an option, but it's not a requirement for the day.
4
What do you hope to get out of this day? What excites you or makes you hesitant about AI?
